Bali Wedding Association (BWA) established from a collective agreement to protect customers and wedding businesses in Bali. The same scope of business as well as complex issues make the wedding business people in Bali, agreed to form an association that could represent the wedding business and also protect potential customers. All the names are listed as the founder of BWA, has been taking the time, energy and thought to contribute for the realization of this wedding association.

Dyan founded Bali Jepun Wedding International on January 11, 2005 with the earnest intention of helping couples create their dream weddings. This desire was born out of her personal experience with her own wedding celebration. Her wedding day was not a memorable one and also not well-organized, particularly due to inappropriate timings and logistics arrangement. In fact, it was so horrible that she cannot forget it for how bad it was, and her disappointment fueled her desire to become a professional wedding planner. She dreamed of being able to arrange a special wedding event that would live in the memories of the people present at the wedding.

Before managing her own wedding company, Dyan had pursued a career in the wedding business and had managed to reach a top position. Initially, she worked as Event Coordinator at one of the 5-star resorts in the Maldives for 2 years during the period of 1999-2001. Upon returning to her home country, she joined one of the leading travel agencies in Bali as MICE File Handler for a year. A year afterwards, she joined a reputable wedding agency in Bali as Event Manager.

Dyan realized that weddings and events are part of both the world of business and the world of art where everything is interrelated and that it requires total dedication to be a true professional in this field. For this reason, she finally made up her mind about doing her own thing. Despite the challenges that came her way, for the love of this profession she was determined to go through the ups and downs, and today Bali Jepun Wedding International has gained a reputation as a credible wedding planner team in Bali. The mother to a beautiful daughter always keeps her commitment and makes quality a priority in any event involving her work. On the sideline of her activities as a wedding planner and mother, Dyan likes painting and traveling to refresh her mind.

As the owner as well as the chief person who runs the operations of the company, Dyan always combines the elements of art and professionalism and blends them into one spirit or taksu, something that is not shared by every wedding planner. Another thing that makes a difference in her work is the personal service that she always gives to every client. Dyan always communicates directly with the bride and groom couples and does on-site inspections to make sure that every detail suits her clients’ needs and wishes. Together with her team, she strives to make innovations continually, and as a result Bali Jepun Wedding International always gets positive feedback from both agencies and clients.

In 2023 this year, Bali Jepun Wedding International has been in the wedding business for nearly two decades. The motto of the company is: The perfect wedding is our commitment to you and our goal in taking care of your big day. Up until today, BJWI has successfully organized thousands of special wedding days which cannot possibly be mentioned one by one in here. Of thousands of clients who have entrusted BJWI with their special day, many are high-profile clients and celebrities from within the country as well as from abroad.
